The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the gondola for the Matterhorn viewing platform. the rooms are clean and decently sized, offering a kitchenette for cooking. the staff at the check-in hotel are helpful and provided information about the area activities. guests have the option to store their luggage on the last day.

The studio was mind-blowingly spacious and clean, located right in the city center, within walking distance of all attractions. The staff was super helpful, explaining everything and allowing easy access with the elevated tunnel elevator. The shower was great, and there were convenient facilities like an electric kettle. Although there was no WiFi or TV, the hotel where we collected the keys kindly let us use their WiFi. The apartment was clean, and the location, although quite far, was still okay. the stay was awesome!

The value for the money was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, away from the main strip but still easily accessible to everything. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was really clean and in a great location. We were pleased to find that the bed linen and towels were of good quality. The key location was convenient and we appreciated the helpfulness of the neighbors.

There were no toiletries, no soap in the bathroom, and no option for breakfast. It would have been nice to have some basic supplies like teabags and coffee, as well as a hairdryer.

The room at Haus Alpenschloss was surprisingly spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. Despite the lack of WiFi and TV, the room provided a peaceful and quiet environment. The location was also great, with easy access to the town center. I had a comfortable stay at Haus Alpenschloss and would recommend it.
